Corte 1D

Terms of use

These terms govern the use of Corte 1D, a cutting-planning and optimisation service for workshops provided by [Nombre y apellidos del titular] ([NIF/NIE del titular]), at [Domicilio o dirección de notificaciones], contact [correo de contacto].

1. The service

Corte 1D lets you import cut lists, calculate cutting plans, manage workshop work and export results. It is provided as-is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Plans assist calculation and do not replace checks of material, measurements or workshop safety.

2. Free access during alpha

Corte 1D is running as a private production alpha. Access is currently free, with no advertising, subscriptions or paid features; future commercial pricing has not been published. We do not request card or banking details. If paid plans are introduced, their prices, taxes, contracting terms and any withdrawal rights will be shown before purchase and these terms will be updated.

3. Accounts and workshops

  • Each account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password secret.
  • The person who creates a workshop is its administrator and decides who receives its access code. The code can be regenerated at any time in Settings.
  • A workshop administrator may remove members; removal ends their access to that workshop's data.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to access data from workshops you do not belong to.
  • Do not use the service for unlawful activity or deliberately overload it.
  • We may suspend accounts that compromise security or the service.

5. Your data and results

The cut lists, plans and inventory you upload remain yours. You can export them as PDF or Excel at any time. Personal-data processing is described in the privacy policy.

6. Liability

Cutting plans assist calculation: the workshop is responsible for the final check before cutting material. Nothing in these terms limits non-waivable rights or excludes liability where the law does not allow it.

7. Closing an account

You may stop using the service and request account deletion by contacting the address shown on this page and in the privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account for security risk, breach of these terms or legal obligation.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email with reasonable notice; continuing to use the service after the stated date means accepting them.

9. Applicable law

Spanish law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules applicable in the user's country of habitual residence.
